Return Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, or altered in any way.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will need to courier the product to our return address at your own expense.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit as per customer preference.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items

  • Customized or personalized products


Additional Notes

  • We do not offer reverse pickup at the moment. All returns must be sent by the customer.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, please share unboxing video/photos within 24 hours of delivery.
